The minimum number of off-street parking slots a building must provide, by use and floor area or unit count. It handles a single building or a mixed-use project, and adds the slots the law sets aside for persons with disability and electric vehicles.

Required car slots from the National Building Code ratio for each use.
Accessible slots for persons with disability, from the total.
Slots that must be ready for electric vehicles.
An estimate of the parking area those slots and their aisles need.
Follows: PD 1096 (National Building Code), Rule VII, Table VII.4 of its implementing rules; BP 344 (Accessibility Law), accessible parking; RA 11697 (Electric Vehicle Industry Development Act), electric vehicle parking.
Bicycle, motorcycle and staff parking ratios are planning guidance only, because no national code sets them. Check the local government's parking ordinance, which can ask for more.
