Hospital Room Sizing
An early planning baseline for a hospital, pinned to the Department of Health rules. It starts from the hospital level and the bed count and gives the minimums the licensing review looks for.
- Ward clear area from the ward and semi-private beds.
- The minimum number of nurse stations.

- The service program and operating areas for the selected hospital level, and selected room minimums.

- It does not estimate gross floor area, staffing or department capacity. Intensive care units and other specialized areas come from the project's own service program.
