Fire Exit Calculator
How many exits a floor needs, how wide they must be together, and how far anyone may walk to reach one. It takes the occupant load floor by floor and checks the stairs, doors and corridors that serve it.
- The minimum number of exits for each floor.
- The total exit width the occupant load requires, and how it splits across stairs, doors and corridors.
- The longest allowed travel distance to an exit, with and without sprinklers where the rules differ.
- A floor-by-floor summary you can export as a report.
- Follows: RA 9514 (Fire Code of the Philippines), 2019 revised implementing rules, means of egress; PD 1096 (National Building Code), Section 1207, as a cross-check.
- It checks the numbers the codes set. Where exits are placed, how far apart they are and whether they lead somewhere safe still has to be read on the drawing.
